The Identity Letters Lab

Typefaces are usually the final result of long design processes. These processes mostly happen in a black box, unnoticed by those who will be using said typefaces in the end. In the Identity Letters Lab, this is not the case.

In the Lab, you can see tomorrow's releases grow from early sketches to full-blown superfamilies. Any typeface that is currently in the Lab can be licensed at a much lower price than the final product will cost. As soon as you board this train, all future updates for your purchase will be made available to you for free. We want to reward early adopters, after all. (We'd love to hear their feedback, too—feel free to drop us a line if you'd like a future update to include a particular feature.)

Depending on the current design stage of a typeface available in the Lab, you may get something rather experimental or incomplete. Certain features might change drastically with a future update.
